In addition to our traditional service, we have developed our “ALL-in-One” support for our customers.
This is a complete maintenance and service package for all consumer electronics, office, communications and industrial devices used by the customer. The package can be tailored to suit every need, only a preliminary survey is needed to map the device park to be included in the service and record the client’s requirements to develop the most appropriate support service.
Our service department uses our self-developed STM (Service Team Manager) and our online DRS (Damage Report System). With these systems we can receive thousands of damage reports without human intervention. Thanks to the system, we know the exact status of each device in our system, and this data is always at the customer’s disposal.
